
Now that it's football season again, it's the perfect time to bring out the Crockpot for some chili! I grew up on having chili for every Monday Night Football game and this is my new healthy variation to an old favorite.

Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
1 medium onion, diced
2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes with juice
2 cans (16 oz) pinto beans, drained, rinsed
1/2 cup chunky salsa
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Shredded cheddar cheese
Plain, non-fat greek yogurt
1- 2.25 oz can sliced black olives
Directions:
1. In Crockpot, combine turkey, 1/2 of chopped onion (set aside other half), tomatoes, beans, salsa, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
2. Blend ingredients together, cover and cook on low setting for 6-8 hours.
3. Serve with a dollop of greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of olives, sprinkle of cheddar cheese and onions.
Servings: 5 (1.5 cup)
